THE DESIGN PROCESS:
- Expect your first design proof to arrive via email within 2 working days.
- Up to three rounds of design modifications or corrections are included at no extra cost.
- Once you approve the final design, no changes can be made to it.
- Up to 5 days after you approve the design, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number.
- The package will arrive within the selected turnaround time. During checkout, you will have the option to select how fast you want it.
FAQs:
- Does the easel come with the plaque? No, the easel is not included.
- What's the best resolution for the photos? For fair results, photos should be at least 1600 x 1600 pixels. For good results, 2000 x 2000 pixels. For excellent results, 3500 x 3500 pixels.
- How can I display the plaque after the event? We suggest using edge grip standoffs for hanging.
- Size: Please note there may be a slight variance of up to 1" on each plaque due to the manufacturing process. This is within industry standard and does not affect the overall quality or appearance.
- If I choose 3D letters, will all the letters be in 3D? It depends on the design, but typically two lines of letters are made with 3D material. Additional lines will be printed.

It looks amazing and Chic Signs did a wonderful job. They communicated very well in which I had appreciated it. It was delivered in a timely manner. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because when ordering online, I wasn't able to see the product and manipulate it how I may want it, example to see my pictures in a clear background vs black background, or how it may look before purchasing it. I had to rely on Chic Signs. Overall great work.
