THE DESIGN PROCESS:
- After you place your order, please email us the guest list in Excel, Word, or PDF format to hello@chicsigns.ca. Make sure to include the order number in the subject line.
- Expect your first design proof to arrive via email within 2 working days.
- Up to four rounds of design modifications or corrections are included at no extra cost.
- Once you approve the final design, no changes can be made to it.
- Up to 5 days after you approve the design, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number.
- The package will arrive within the selected turnaround time. During checkout, you will have the option to select how fast you want it.
FAQs:
- Does the easel come with the sign? No, the easel is not included.
- What's the best resolution for the photo? For fair results, the photo should have 1600 x 1600 pixels. To get good results, the dimensions should be 2000 x 2000 pixels. And for excellent results, the photo should be 3500 x 3500 pixels.
- How do I send the guest list? Please email it to us at hello@chicsigns.ca after you place your order, and make sure to include your order number.
- What format do I provide the list in? Excel is preferred, but simple text also works. Please ensure you provide the list in the order you want it, whether alphabetically, by tables, or other.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other couples understand what can happen when a vendor fails to deliver on one of the most important days of your life.
My wedding is less than two weeks away, and Chic Signs has completely ruined a major part of it. After receiving a beautiful welcome sign from them, I trusted them with our seating chart and paid extra for rush processing and shipping because we were on a strict timeline. After taking my order and payment, I was informed that their machine was suddenly down and they could no longer produce the seating chart we ordered.
A refund does not fix this problem. With my wedding only days away, there is not enough time to find another vendor, submit a new design, have it produced, and receive it before the wedding. The time that was lost cannot be replaced.
The alternative seating chart they suggested was completely unacceptable and looked nothing like the elegant vision we spent over a year planning. It looked tacky, ghetto, rushed, and unprofessional. It did not match our wedding aesthetic in any way and was not something we would ever display at our wedding.
What Chic Signs does not seem to understand is that this is not just a sign. This is our wedding. We have spent countless hours, significant money, and over a year planning every detail of this day. Now, because they accepted an order they ultimately could not fulfill, we are left without a seating chart and without enough time to have one professionally made elsewhere.
Quite frankly, Chic Signs ruined our wedding. A seating chart is a major part of the reception, and now our guests will have no organized way of knowing where to sit. The excitement we should be feeling in the final days leading up to our wedding has been replaced with stress, frustration, disappointment, and heartbreak.
My fiancé and I are devastated. We had wanted to order from this company for over a year and were excited to finally do so after having a positive experience with our welcome sign. Unfortunately, when it mattered most, they failed to deliver. A refund cannot replace the lost time, the emotional distress, or the fact that a key part of our wedding has been ruined.
If you are planning a wedding or any other time-sensitive event, I strongly encourage you to think carefully before trusting this company with an important order. Our experience has been absolutely heartbreaking.
