Everything you need to know about our shipping.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for the US, Canada, and UK.

*Shipment processing time*

All orders are processed within 14 or 21 calendar days, depending on your choice of shipping during checkout.

*Shipment confirmation & Order tracking*

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within five business days after you provide your final approval to the design.

*Shipping to the UK*

If you order from the UK, you might be charged an import fee upon arrival; this fee can be up to £25.

*International Shipping Policy*

We currently do not ship outside the U.S, Canada, and the UK.

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Does your turnaround time include production time? Yes, always! Our turnaround time includes both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to you; it also includes weekends.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?  Our fastest option is Rush (8 business days), and it's only available for printed letters. Please Contact Us to discuss this option before ordering.
  • Are your shipping times guaranteed?  Yes, however, please note that we allocate 48 hours for you to approve the mockup design. If you take more than 48 hours, this might impact the turnaround time, in which case the turnaround time won't be guaranteed.
  • Do you offer free shipping? We don't offer free shipping.
  • Which shipping carriers do you use?  We use a variety of shipping carriers, including UPS, and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on various factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order, and delivery speed selected.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes? No, at this time, our shipping carrier doesn't deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you deliver to? We ship to Canada, the United States, and the UK.
  • What if my package is returned to the sender?  If the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our manufacturing facility, please Contact Us  to discuss the next steps. You might be charged for a shipping fee if the address was incorrect.
  • My product contains a defect or is damaged; what can be done? If the product is damaged when you receive your order, please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the package to open a claim.
